    Grenache noir 50%, Syrah 50%

    Indigenious yeast & No adds of sulfites

    Manual harvest in box
    Carbonic maceration in whole bunches
    Alcoholic fermentation lasting about 10 days
    Removal and Press
    Ageing in stainless steel vats for 3 months
    Bottled at the Château by ourself in January/February to preserve fruit and freshness
    Annual production: 2,000 bottles
